Sometimes, the high traffic, small accidents can damage the hardwood floors beyond repairs through sanding or refinishing.
In those cases we are replacing the damaged area with new hardwood following the pattern of the wood that has been installed, so the repair will appear flawless.
Also, repairs can be done when walls are removed and a void space is created into the hardwood floors.
